Technical Interior Designer

(Remote)

We are looking for a Technical Interior Designer with at least three years’ experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate concepts into working drawings and details.

  • Making as-built drawings, shop drawings.

  • Ability to make BOQ and specifications for materials and items.

  • Coordinate with General Contractor during construction phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical design and documentation, with a focus on high-end residential projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.

  • Basic knowledge of 3ds Max.

  • Portfolio of previous interior shop drawings is a must.

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English.

Other:

  • Full time: 40 hours/week

  • Location: 100% Remote

  • Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with a one-hour break included

  • Salary based on experience
